Awful stay. The heat didn't work, the place was dirty with dust everywhere, and I had an allergic reaction to the pillow that made my eye swell.

It cost us 56 euro per night for my wife and me, and it was a bad experience. The shower water wasn't reliably hot and could get very cold. You have to ask reception to turn the heater on or off, and they don't always do it. I don't know why the hot water has to be controlled from reception. At night, if it gets too hot and you want the heater off, reception isn't always there when you call. The elevator also doesn't always come, and it can take only two people, so groups have to split up. I don't recommend it.

Worst hotel in the area. The quality was bad everywhere: nasty beds full of hair, mold in the bathroom, and a disgusting smell. The food was absolutely bad to eat, and the AC didn't work. I'd rate it 0/10.

Some staff are kind, but the service overall is bad. The rooms aren't good quality, and the food is bad too. It isn't worth the price.

The room was good and had a cooler, and the towels were clean and replaced every day. Breakfast was good too, with lots of different options. The one bad part was the bath corner. It looked black, either because it was dirty or very old.
