Noa Sungu Apartments

The NOA team sorted out a small issue right at the start as quickly as they could, and made sure we had a great stay. I’ve used several Airbnbs and hotels over the last few years, and their service is top class. Süngü 1 was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed. It’s close to Istanbul’s must-see spots but set back from the busy tourist areas, so it was peaceful enough to rest any time of day. A hidden gem, honestly. I’d stay again, 10/10, highly recommend.

Really nice apartment, clean and fully equipped, and it feels like home. The location is wonderful, though the steep uphill walk from Tophane station can get annoying sometimes.

The place was clean and well equipped, but there were several problems. There’s no air conditioning, so it gets very hot. Walking there is especially difficult for older people and children, and outside noise made it hard to sleep. Even though we stayed 10 days, there was no housekeeping or cleaning.

The lobby and reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Ask them for tips, especially about getting to or from the airport. The apartments are fairly large and have the home comforts you’d expect, though some equipment is a bit old and may need replacing. The Noa Lounge is a nice extra on the entrance level, especially if you need a place to work or hold meetings. It’s nicely designed and has business amenities and super-high-speed internet. This is a very nice serviced apartment, and I recommend it.
