They advertise one thing online and deliver something totally different. The building was run down, the elevators weren’t working, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. It felt dirty and unsafe, and the hotel was badly misrepresented. I also challenged charges for a stay I never completed, but they tried to change the story and say I’d used the room in full. They offered misleading, false information to cover themselves instead of dealing with the bad conditions and service. This is fraud, not just poor hospitality. They’re completely in the wrong, and their supposed “evidence” doesn’t change the false advertising or deception. Don’t trust them with your money or personal information.

We stayed in room L10 after a friend recommended City Loft for my Istanbul vacation. It really felt like home, clean and peaceful, and getting around was very convenient. Mr. Oğuz helped us, and I’m sincerely grateful for his attention. I highly recommend the place.

The rooms are roomy and clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, and there are lots of local shops and tasty restaurants nearby. The staff were nice. The hotel itself feels small and somewhat tucked away, with no lobby.

I had no complaints: the room was clean and the service was good. I can recommend it. You could email ahead and ask whether they might do an extra cleaning.
