The rooms are excellent and the food is great. They even provide a kettle and coffee. The hotel is extra good, especially the service from the guy with glasses at reception.

The location is okay, but our stay had a lot of problems. The room AC didn't work, hot water was missing from the bathroom on four days of the week, and the room wasn't cleaned daily. Sheets and pillow covers weren't changed properly, the mattresses were in a pathetic state, and lockers weren't available in the room. Room service wasn't available either. A garments factory on the second floor made machine noise that disturbed residents. Breakfast and dinner were poor; sometimes there was no tea, and the curry or meat at dinner wasn't good. Sometimes the meat was burnt and smelled very bad. We made several complaints to the owner, but they didn't take them seriously or resolve the problems.

There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and the hotel isn't far from the airport. The staff were friendly and did their best to help. I thought the rooms needed some updating and small repairs, and the water pressure kept changing.
