From Kosovo, greetings and best wishes 🇽🇰❤️. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the spa was clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. The staff were amazing, always kind and polite, ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made me feel at home.

Beyza at reception was very friendly and helpful. She did her best to give us information and directions, and she speaks fluent English, which is a real plus in Istanbul. We enjoyed the stay because the location was so convenient for what we needed, including laundry, supermarkets, and parks for the kids. The room cleaning wasn't sufficient. The cleaners could pay more attention to the details.

The location worked well, and our 2+1 room was spacious enough for a family, with a larger living room. But after seven nights, the room was still dirty. We asked more than 50 times for it to be cleaned, and although staff said they had done it, it hadn't been properly cleaned. We also had to keep asking for basic things. With three babies, we requested a cot and got one only after four days. We ended up buying our own toilet paper. Breakfast costs an extra $10, but the choices are very limited and it doesn't start until 9:30. The ironing board and sofas were dirty too. If you can put up with that, you could stay, but for the price it isn't worth it.

We stayed four nights and, despite asking nine times, our place still hadn't been cleaned. They said they could provide only two towels for six people. The apartment was in poor shape throughout: the kitchen and bathroom fixtures were broken, the bathroom and shower were dirty, water leaked from the bathroom and sink, and the floor looked as if it hadn't been mopped in years. The ironing board was torn and dirty, wallpaper was coming off, and cobwebs covered the stairs. A lot of the lights and switches didn't work, including in the living room, and the air conditioning downstairs wouldn't run. There were no outlets by the beds for lamps or phone charging. The bedroom blinds also let in so much light that it was hard to sleep after 5 am. Please look at the photos before spending your money here.
