Breakfast had a good range and tasted great, though fresh juice would have brought it closer to the standard I'd expect from a five-star hotel. The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to Taksim, Sisli, nisantaci, Osmanbay, and other key parts of Istanbul. From check-in through check-out, everyone handled things with warmth and professionalism. Ms. Yalda from Guest Relations was especially attentive, kind, and professional. The whole team was wonderful. I had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Harbyie - Istanbul and would happily return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beirut.

Getting around took longer than expected. The area is congested, and Istanbul traffic can make taxi trips slow, so allow extra time if you'll be travelling around the city often. Our first room was small, had no view, and didn't meet our expectations for this kind of hotel. We paid an extra $70 per night to upgrade, and the better room made a big difference. If room quality matters, ask for actual room photos before booking, especially through an agent or online. Confirm exactly what's included too, such as the room category, breakfast, and dining, so there are no surprise charges. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped. Staff were professional and helpful throughout. Crowne Plaza Istanbul was a pleasant stay overall, and careful booking and room selection can improve the experience.

Zahra always greeted us with a smile and handled everything confidently. Her friendly, professional manner and clear communication helped us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. She was attentive at every interaction, and she's a real asset to the team. I'd give her 10/10. Keep up the great work!

The area around the hotel has a lot of car repair garages, which I didn't find very pleasant. Getting to the metro and bus stops takes about five minutes, though part of the walk is quite steep uphill. Our room on the second floor had a locked window. I would have liked to open it for fresh air, but the ventilation worked well. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I'd rate it 9 out of 10, and it's a good place to stay.
