Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Karakoy

Karaköy is the best location in Istanbul, in my opinion, just a short walk from the Bosporus and Galata Tower. The rooms are nice and convenient, but what mattered most was the service, from the security greeting at the front gate to the warm check-in and welcome, friendly breakfast hosts and housekeeping team. Special thanks to Cerkan, Front Office Manger. We had a minor room issue, and he arranged a change to a better, upgraded room. Ali at the Front Desk went above and beyond to look after our stay, and thanks to Furkan, Housekeeping Manager, for the great service. This will be my hotel every time I visit Istanbul.

The location made getting around easy, with plenty of shops nearby and two bus and tram stops within walking distance. The rooms aren't large, but they're comfortable enough and have a modern high-tech control system. I also found the service great, with staff who were very helpful.

Breakfast overlooking the Galata Tower was a real highlight, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel feels brand new, with spotless rooms and lovely design. Mr. Kemal and the team were attentive and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Such a lovely stay, highly recommended.

We had a great meal at the hotel restaurant while waiting to check in. Chef sakir clearly put care into the food, and everything we ordered was delicious, from the funghi pizza and fries to the minestrone. Our waiter sinan-ebru gave impeccable service. My family and I really enjoyed dining there.
