Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Kagithane

Paris and I have had such a good time here. Sapana and Vasyan have been the best. Sapana keeps my wine topped up and cold, and Vasyan went above and beyond, paying for our food when our UK card wouldn't work. They've made us feel safe and happy every day. They both deserve more pay.

Esnan Dental Salon arranged my stay at the Delta Hotel while I was in Istanbul for dental work, and I couldn't have been happier with the hotel. I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked in. The Turkish breakfast was included every day, and Firat did a terrific job serving me each morning. He tried his best to translate and meet every request, which made the stay more enjoyable than I could've imagined. I love all the stray kitties around the city. An adorable kitten even joined us after breakfast today. Thank you!

I tried another hotel for one night, then came back to the Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Kagithane. That was the best decision. I'd quickly realized how much I missed the warm, professional atmosphere here. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and breakfast has a fantastic variety of fresh options. The staff are what really make the place, especially Mustafa. Whatever I needed, he helped with a friendly smile and genuine care. His service made my stay memorable. I won't bother staying anywhere else next time. This is my home in Istanbul!

I stayed at the Delta Hotel for 7 nights in October 2025 and was very disappointed. We were charged £77 to wash just a few clothes, which seemed extremely unreasonable. The hotel's massage service overcharged us and took our money. I complained twice, but no one followed up or resolved it. Communication with guests was very poor, and it felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility. If you're planning to stay here from the UK or elsewhere, be careful to understand every charge before agreeing to a service. I strongly recommend avoiding the hotel's massage service.
