Dymar Hotel

I had the worst three days of my vacation here. The hotel looked clean from outside, but inside it was dirty everywhere, with bugs all over. The desk staff were rude and the service was very bad. There was no room service, and the hallways were dark. It's opposite a noisy nightclub, so the location was bad. The elevator felt scary and only fit two people. Half the rooms have no windows. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.

The welcome and service were disastrous, and the hotel was noisy, with music outside late at night. The windows didn't seem to have double glazing. In my room there were ants, a cigarette smell, a rusty, dirty kettle, and stained bed sheets. The price is something you negotiate, but they especially put part of it in their pockets. I strongly advise against staying here.

The room was nice and clean, and the reception people were so friendly. It's a good place at a good price. I'd recommend it if you want to stay for a little while.

The location is perfect, with restaurants, public transport, shopping malls, and other services all close by. The room service was good, and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, always smiling, especially Tuche and Ibrahim. A very good hotel for the price.
