Ali and Amir were especially lovely, polite, and quick to help. They answered every request right away, helped us find our way around the city, and suggested places to visit. The hotel is in a great location, quiet while still within walking distance of cafes, attractions, and other essentials. Our room was bright, cozy, and modern, with new furniture and crisp white bedding. It had everything we needed, including good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Cleaning was regular and thorough, and the whole hotel was kept spotless.

The reception staff made us feel so welcome and at home. They helped with everything during our stay, and even gave us a thoughtful little parting gift when we left. The rooms were excellent, everything was spotless, and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

We had a really good stay at this small hotel, and it was great value for the money. Our room was comfortable, and we were close to Istanbul’s famous landmarks. Aamir Khan at reception was amazing too. He helped carry our luggage to the rooms and even brought us complimentary fresh fruit.

The staff were attentive throughout our stay, and the double-glazed windows kept the noise from becoming a problem. We also liked the room’s generous size, though the bathroom felt a little cramped. There was quite a bit of dust in the air, on the floor, and on the bedspread, so cleanliness could have been better. Elita Otel’s location made exploring on foot easy: the Grand Bazaar and tram were a 10-minute walk away, the Blue Mosque was 15 minutes away, and the river was 20 minutes away. That was a big plus in such a large city, and it’s a good option if you’re watching your budget.
