The apartment layouts are thoughtfully done, the views and sunsets are amazing, and the gym and pools are the best I've seen. The complex also has luxury recreational areas, solid security, and useful residence services. Across the road there's a park with a great running trail, plus a premium mall and a good range of restaurants and bars. The residence is on Libadiye caddesi, connected to both TEM and E-5 roads, and within a 10-minute walk of two separate subway lines. I can't think of a better location on the Anatolian side. Still, only three stars from me. The construction quality is poor. The materials and durable goods are very premium, but we had nonstop problems for a year with vents, walls, bathrooms, the ceiling, and electricity. We practically became best friends with the maintenance manager. It's a pretty cool place to live, but try not to be the first tenant, or you may go through what we did.
