I came in a little frustrated after struggling to find the place in such a huge city, but receptionist Kutay greeted me so warmly and positively that my mood changed right away. I can't find anything bad to say after that welcome. Thanks for a lovely experience. ERSA HOTEL gave me one of the best and cleanest rooms I've found for the price. It's also very close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, which feels like a bridge between Europe and Asia. Istanbul itself always makes me happy. People are kind, cheerful, and welcoming, and I leave feeling surrounded by warmth. Only love for Istanbul. ❤️ 10 out of 10 for the hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean and nice, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's conveniently about 20 minutes from Sabiha Airport, though there aren't many tourist attractions close by.

Kutay was a big help, thank you. The room was spacious and looked great, and the hotel is well located, with plenty of good restaurants around and the airport not far away.

The location makes it easy to get around, right in the center with restaurants and shops close at hand. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean and well kept. The receptionist was so friendly, kind, and helpful that I got a great first impression. I'd happily recommend staying here.
