Getting around was easy, with the metro and bus stops about 100 meters away and the tram roughly 300 meters away. I stayed for 8 days last summer, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Communication was smooth, which made things easier. Breakfast was good, varied, and available throughout service hours. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a calm atmosphere. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

The sauna was nice, and the staff were friendly. Our room looked a little worn already, and the curtains were quite dirty. Breakfast was okay, with lots of vegetables and olives but not many fruits. The free juice tasted horrible, the coffee wasn't great, and boiled eggs were the only egg option. Fresh juice or an omelet cost €4. Some rooms look directly into other people's windows and get no daylight. It might work for a short stay, but I think you can get a better place for the money.

CHAIMAE set the tone for our whole stay from the moment we arrived. She's welcoming, confident, and clearly knows her job. She handled every request smoothly and professionally, while still being friendly and genuine. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She's an absolute star.

The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. They cleaned the rooms every day and brought fresh water, towels, and even bed sheets daily. The restaurant staff were kind and welcoming too. The location is excellent and very convenient, though the rooms were only okay and could use some renovation and updates. Breakfast could be better, especially for European guests who expect larger portions and more variety.
