The flat has a very nice view, and the area is quiet. It’s close to the university and near Mall of İstanbul, the biggest mall in istanbul. There are also many 5-star hotels near the project.

There’s nowhere to walk near this residential complex, and it’s hard to relax with all the noise from the roads and factory. The windows are thin and let the wind through. You can also hear neighbors having ordinary conversations through the thin walls. The nearby metro and bus stop are the one advantage. Be careful when choosing a place here. I wouldn’t recommend renting an apartment, and especially wouldn’t recommend buying one.
