Fimka Hotel

I came from Canada for dental treatment and stayed at the fimka hotel for three days. My room was clean and had everything I needed, and I really enjoyed the breakfast, with lots of tasty choices. I’m a big fan of the oil-dipped egg plants and zucchini in particular. A big thank you to Adil at the front desk for the kind, human service. He went above and beyond. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

I’ve never been treated this badly by hotel staff. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful. My husband was respectfully waiting at reception when staff beat him, and instead of apologizing, they kicked us out. No professionalism at all. This was the worst experience of my life. Please don’t stay here if you don’t want hotel staff to beat you.

I’ve been coming to fimka for the past five years, and I love this hotel. On my last trip in May, I had an accident in the street and couldn’t move. The staff were so helpful, and manager Tamar took me to the doctor and really helped me. I’m going through therapy now, and I’ll see you soon. I’d definitely recommend fimka for its great selection and service. Thank you, Elaine OConnor.

Our check-in was delayed twice, and we didn’t get into our rooms until 11 p.m. The staff didn’t seem bothered, while our luggage sat in the lobby. They held onto our personal documents much longer than is acceptable. One girl in our group got her ID back broken. You can imagine what that means at the border. I think one staff member knows Russian, maybe it’s even his native language, but he didn’t want to communicate in it.
