Four Points Flex by Sheraton Istanbul Taksim Square

The rooms were clean and suited us well as tourists spending most of the day out exploring. We did hear some noise, so light sleepers may notice it, but it didn’t bother us. The staff were kind and answered our requests politely, which made things more comfortable. Shops, transit, taxis and the hop-on hop-off bus are nearby, and the main street and several sights are an easy walk. We’d stay again.

What made our family’s time in Taksim Square memorable was how warmly the team looked after us. Emercan, Elizabeth, and Salih H. anticipated what we might need and handled every request with real care. Even though the hotel and team are small, their service made us feel as if we were in a much bigger establishment. The property itself is lovely, and from the moment we arrived the staff were professional and welcoming. We felt like honored guests rather than tourists. It was the highlight of our European return trip. Many thanks to the whole team for making us feel so comfortable.

Breakfast is simple, though they were willing to help with my sahur. The room feels like a budget hotel, but it’s cleaner and has a nicer atmosphere than that suggests. Front desk service was quick, and the day and night teams were attentive. Thanks especially to Elizabeth and Burak. The hotel is beside taksim square, with the metro and funicular within walking distance.

Burak and Salih were so friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The hotel is lovely and clean, with a fresh, spacious room. It’s about a five-minute walk to taksim. All the best to the team, I hope to stay with you again when I return to my favorite city.
