We found ants and cockroaches crawling over us after only six hours in the hotel. The room was infested, with insects in the wardrobes, bathroom, under the beds, on the tables and pillows, and everywhere else. We couldn't stay. When we complained to the receptionist and owner, they said tourists bring these things in their suitcases and that it wasn't their problem. They also refused a refund. Reviews from eight years ago mention cockroaches too, so it seems to be an ongoing issue. Turkey depends on tourists, yet nobody at this hotel speaks English. Keep the place to an average standard at least. This was hell. DON'T BOOK, just disgusting.

A good option if you need to catch an early bus the next morning. I booked the cheapest, smallest room, and it was perfectly fine. Tea was included.

We had a week here. The room was tidy, but the building and infrastructure are old, and the rooms aren't spacious. It's a budget hotel for one person, with a good location near Yenikapi metro, Ataturk airport, and Taksim. There's no restaurant attached and no breakfast included, though good restaurants nearby are open around the clock. The reception staff speak very little English, so Google Translate is a must, but they're nice people. Tea and water are free all day, the Wi-Fi is fast on every floor, and room service is quick and good. It's hard to find amid the heavy traffic.

I'm easy to please, but this was a very bad, dirty hotel. The toilet had no exhaust fan. It was cheap, but it ruined my holiday.

The prices don't fit the condition of this old, poorly maintained hotel. Cleanliness was lacking, the rooms were small, and the bathrooms weren't properly equipped.
