Housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning my room each day, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional and ready to help. When my schedule changed and I arrived earlier than planned, the hotel arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I spent six days at Duo Galata Hotel and enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities I needed. The location is excellent, near Galata Tower with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. They also organized an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. I’d happily return. Thank you for the great hospitality.

They upgraded our room for free, and it came with a special view of the Galata Tower. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and good value for the money. Its central location put lots of nice neighbourhoods, restaurants, cafés and attractions within walking distance. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome, and they arranged our airport ride at a very reasonable price. We had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Just a minute from Galata Tower, the hotel is ideally placed for Karaköy and Taksim. My clean, comfortable room had a little fridge and kettle. It was across the street from the main reception, but still very convenient. The area was lively and felt safe even after dark, with plenty of people out walking. We took the Beyoğlu Tünel back and walked downhill about five minutes to the hotel. There are several supermarkets close by, including one open until 11:30 PM. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Onur arranged a taxi to IST Airport for me. I’d suggest letting the hotel handle airport transport, since they got a better rate. I’d stay again and recommend the place.

The host was so helpful and gave me a free room upgrade. Ramazan, who works at the coffee spot downstairs, was the friendliest waiter I’ve ever met. The location is amazing, and this is absolutely the best hotel. It’s the only place I’d stay in Istanbul.

The lobby coffee spot was a real highlight, with great coffee and a cozy feel for the morning or evening. The service was also outstanding. Staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. A special mention to the gentleman who dresses like a true gentleman every day. His manners, presence and professionalism brought a special charm to the hotel. The room was comfortable and well kept, just right after a long day walking around, and everything was spotless. Near Galata Tower, the location made it easy to reach cafés, shops, restaurants and major sights on foot. The neighbourhood felt safe late at night too. I’d happily return and recommend it.
