The location was brilliant, just a street or so from the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. I stayed at the Cosmopolitan Park Hotel for three days and had a clean, nice room with a stunning view. The owner/manager was a gem, honest, friendly, and ready to help at any hour. He also suggested places to eat and explained how to get around. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Breakfast on the top floor came with spectacular water views. It was simple Turkish-style food, but delicious, with fresh bread and coffee. My room was clean and had a great view, too. The little hotel is close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, without any steep hills to climb. I stayed one night and it's the best hotel I've tried in Istanbul. I'd definitely choose it again if I return.

The staff seemed indifferent, more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests. When I asked for things, I'd get a sigh and only a half-hearted attempt to help. Wi-Fi was unreliable, so getting work done was nearly impossible. The gym was tiny and poorly equipped, and the pool area felt neglected. The lobby looked sleek and modern, but the room was worn out, needed renovation, and had a musty smell that stayed around. I found the facilities outdated overall. Cosmopolitan Park Hotel left me disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The hostel next door had no room for me, so they put me up at Cosmo for three nights. The manager was great and kept helping me throughout. The place was fairly clean, the A/C worked well, and the Sultanahmet location was ideal for the main sights. Definitely recommend.

The manager was a kind, helpful man, and I was very pleased with his advice and support. It's a very good hotel in a great spot near the Blue mosque and Sofia hagia, with sea views from the room and rooftop.
