The Family Room was clean, and the price was affordable for the season. Wi-Fi worked well, housekeeping was good, and the team stuck to the deal I booked through a friend in Turkey. Baris speaks English, was flexible, and offered advice when we had communication problems. The location is fantastic. We walked to most of the old sights and used the Metro for the rest, with the station about 100 m away. It suited what we needed, and I'd recommend it on another visit.

When I got to the hotel, they said there were no rooms available and blamed a system error, even though I'd booked on Booking.com. They promised not to charge me, but they did charge my credit card using my card details. I'm following up with Booking.com for a refund, and it's taking a long time. Be careful about using your credit card here.

Not an expensive place, and a good fit if you want somewhere simple and uncrowded. The staff were helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there was heating and hot water around the clock.

They took money from my account without asking, just two days after I booked a room. I messaged them, but they didn't respond or cooperate. Very unprofessional.

The room is basic, but it has what you need, and the location is great for exploring sultanahmet. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and honest.
