Tempo Residence Gayrettepe

The reception people are super nice and kind. The apartment is incredible and really good quality. I highly recommend staying there.

We had a spotless apartment, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our family vacation at G Residences. Metin, the handyman, deserves a special thanks for keeping our apartment perfectly clean and tidy. The location worked really well for us. Smashh Burger and Trattoria Carbonara are just 2 minutes away, with a supermarket called Buenveno across from the residence and a bakery/pastry shop nearby. Cevahir Mall is about 15 minutes away, and Nişantaşı (City’s Mall) is around a 35-minute walk. Amazing experience, highly recommended!

The apartment at G Residences Gayrettepe was modern, spotless, and fitted with great facilities. Even the smart TV and sleek washing machine made it feel comfortable and practical, like home. The location is central and easy to get around from, with plenty of things within walking distance. It exceeded all my expectations, whether you’re here for work or leisure. I’d happily extend my stay. Highly recommended!

Emre was friendly and accommodating from check-in, and kindly helped us store our luggage and arrange a taxi back to the airport. The value was great, and I was impressed by how much space we got for the price. Our room was large, very new, and had all kinds of amenities. I expected a tub as well as a shower, but there wasn’t one, and it wasn’t a big deal. The soundproofing could be better since we heard quite a bit of hallway noise. The location has plenty of nearby bars, cafes, restaurants, and marts, and it’s a quick subway or bus ride to other good areas. I’d expected the subway to be closer, though, so getting there with luggage was rougher than I hoped. We chose the spot because it seemed easy to reach from the airport, but it wasn’t as close as I’d assumed from the map. It’s doable, just pick the subway exit that works best for pedestrians. One exit is in the middle of nowhere and seems meant for bus transfers. We also stocked up on gifts to take home.
