The apartment was lovely and in a great location, and the staff were nice. We had a problem with a very loud neighbor, though. We asked the staff to warn him, but nothing changed. He kept talking, practically shouting, at 23:00 and carried on until midnight. Management needs to apply the rules consistently. If a guest smokes where it’s not allowed, the landlord can enforce the no-smoking rule. The same should go for quiet hours, whatever the guest’s identity or how long they’ve been staying. I’d recommend the place for its location and beautiful apartment, but check that this guy is no longer there or is following the rules.

The reception guys were very nice and helpful, and the apartment was clean. The location was good and the area felt safe. But the loft was a bit expensive for what it was. The pillows were old and uncomfortable, and gave me neck pain. The kitchen was missing a lot of things, so we had to call reception every day to ask for supplies. We could hear the other neighbors talking from the bedroom, too. The bed was listed as king size, but was actually double size. And for anyone who believes in the effects of spirits, I really didn’t like the spirit of the apartment at all. I’d recommend it to people who don’t mind those downsides.

The rooms are cozy and sweet, and the staff were very kind and helpful. A good choice if you’re staying long term and want a nice, comfortable room.
