The staff were accommodating, and the rooms were clean and elegant. A great hotel.

I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. They said there was WiFi in the rooms, but there wasn't. I had to make my own bed, and the shower sprayed water across the whole bathroom. At breakfast, they wouldn't bring more coffee after it ran out, then started clearing the already minimal spread 20 minutes before breakfast was meant to end. Awful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the restaurant had a nice, cozy feel. The hotel is cheap, but the bathroom had plenty of accessories. It's very close to ataturk airport, and the taxi cost only TL20 at 0430am.👍

The area felt lively and safe, with plenty of places to eat. Hotel amenities were average, though two of the men on staff were especially helpful, caring, and good at their jobs.

We arrived in April and there was no AC. They switched it on when we asked, but it still didn't work and the room stayed cold. There was no fridge, and the WiFi and blanket were poor. When we asked for another blanket, they kept telling us to wait an hour. Four hours later, we still had nothing. Poor service.
