The restaurant was a highlight: the food was tasty, excellent, and very affordable, and the staff there were attentive and did their jobs really well. Across the hotel, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from day one. We stayed on the second floor, where the woman cleaning our room was especially lovely, polite, and professional. I spent seven days at Hotel Litros and have no complaints. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd happily recommend it for the warm atmosphere and good service. ❤️

We lost electricity for about half a day, but shops nearby were affected too, so it seemed to be a wider problem with the electricity provider rather than the hotel. The rest of the stay at Litros Hotel & Spa was calm and welcoming, and the spa and hotel areas were well looked after. The rooms were clean, attractive, and comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to rest after long days. Even though I don't speak English, the patient, friendly staff took time to help and communicate, and I really appreciated their honesty and human approach. I would confidently recommend Litros Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The rooms are run down and face the highway, so there's a lot of noise. At the bar, the girl tried to charge me 2000 liras instead of 1100 liras, so watch out. Hamam costs €50, or €100 for hamam plus massage, and hotel guests don't get any of the spa facilities for free. Not worth it.

I booked this four-star hotel through Booking.com for a New Year's Eve holiday, but the actual place didn't match the listing photos or rating. Our room smelled of tobacco smoke, the walls were dirty, and the shower wasn't well maintained. We could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and poorly trained, and the prices charged didn't match the menu. I'd only suggest staying here if you don't have a better option.

The salads we ordered were delicious, and the restaurant decor was lovely. The waiters were amazing, really attentive and friendly. We had lunch at the hotel and would highly recommend it. We'll come back!
