After a long day of travel, the comfortable bed and pillows made this a great place to settle in. The room was clean and beautiful, with a distinctive design and a lovely rainfall shower. They also left complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. We had breakfast in the restaurant, and the buffet was delicious with loads of choice. The cherry juice was especially refreshing. Seyit Taha checked us in and was kind and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

The hotel's location made it easy to get to attractions and restaurants nearby, and I could take a taxi to places farther out. My room was clean, comfortable, and very new. Everyone on staff was friendly, and the young woman at reception kindly extended my checkout to fit my afternoon flight. I appreciated that a lot. Hulga from housekeeping kept the room spotless every day. Onuiz and Yusuf helped make checkout quick and carried my luggage to the car. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were so welcoming. Seyit Taha helped me with check-in and checkout, and brought me welcome drinks. The rooms are modern and really nice, and the location is amazing. Galata tower is only 5 minutes away, and I could walk to the old town too. I'd absolutely recommend this place and would come back.

Yusuf cheerfully took care of my really heavy luggage, and Onur made sure I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. He handled check-in smoothly, gave great recommendations, and arranged a late checkout for me. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk team made my stay memorable, and I'd highly recommend it!

The colorful, energizing interior made a nice impression, and the new hotel has new equipment and devices in the rooms. It's within walking distance of Taksim and Eminonu. Onur bey at Reception helped with early check-in, which let us freshen up and start exploring the city early in the morning. Leyla from HK kept our room clean and tidy throughout the stay. I'd recommend this hotel for its balance of value and quality.
