Getting around was easy, with Eminönü tram, ferry, metro, and bus stops conveniently nearby. The location puts you close to everything in Istanbul, and the view is lovely as well. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff offered warm, home-style hospitality with great service. Breakfast had plenty of satisfying variety for the price. It's outstanding value, and I'd happily recommend staying here.

The rooms are simple, but clean and good for the price. Everyone we met was friendly. We especially enjoyed breakfast at the terrace restaurant, with its spectacular views. The Alpek Hotel is also very well placed for trams, buses, ferries, and Sirkeci train station.

After long days exploring Istanbul, the comfortable bed made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice range of fresh choices. The hotel is also close to major sights, shops, and public transport. I had a wonderful stay at Aptek Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The rooftop terrace is usually busy, and the indoor restaurant doesn't have the same feel. If you'd like to enjoy the sunset or the view later in the evening, it may be worth reserving a restaurant table. Breakfast is a moderate buffet, served up there with a fabulous view. The waiters also deserve credit for staying calm around all the 'influencer' nonsense. It's a smaller hotel in the city center, right across from a tram and ferry stop, and well placed for the sights.

That terrace view was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The service was awesome, too. The location made it easy to get to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
