Air Basaksehir By Newinn

During my month at Air Basaksehir By Newinn, I was glad to find such a peaceful place away from the rush of everyday life. The staff were professional and friendly, and went out of their way to help with what I needed. They also gave useful suggestions for exploring the area, and their attentive service made me feel at home. My room was carefully maintained, the hotel was clean, and the facilities covered what I needed for a comfortable longer stay. Air Basaksehir By Newinn was also conveniently located, with nearby attractions and public transportation easy to reach. I could explore the city or just enjoy the quiet. It was a delightful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable retreat in Istanbul.

We booked a one-bedroom flat for a week, but left after 2 days. Nothing seemed to work, and everything from the bed to the sofa was broken. The place wasn't clean and smelled very bad, and there was no reception to speak to. They told us by phone and WhatsApp that they'd change our room, but it never happened. We decided to move and asked for a refund for 5 nights. They didn't answer our request, then wrote to say there would be no refund. The worst hotel ever.

The payment was made through a link, and there's no invoice available if you want to make a legal complaint later. I came to Basaksehir hoping for some peace, but that hasn't happened. There are problems both with the property and outside it, as the photos make clear. I have lived in Istanbul for five years, and this has been the worst stay I've had in all that time. My last rental from Roya Nova New Ina was perfect, so I trusted them and booked here for a month. Since arriving, there have been repeated problems: power cuts, no proper oversight of the staff, and the coolers need servicing. We've been dealing with the cooler issue for two days. The house we'd paid for also wasn't the one shown in the picture. They showed us three other houses, and in the end I had to choose the last one. I'm still here because I have no choice.

We rented a nice, clean apartment from indigo, and it's a quiet place. You might need a car if public transportation isn't for you. The security at the gate, though, treated us and other residents rudely and disrespectfully.
