The room felt very worn and old, and the floors smelled. The shower was open, so everything got wet when we used it. Service seemed like it could have been nice, but the noise was a problem: you can hear everything happening in the hotel, and it’s hard to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

BÜŞRA was especially welcoming and accommodating, and the service was fantastic. The rooms were great. Management should recognize her dedication and the amazing job she does.

My father stayed here for a few days on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, and he came away very impressed. The hotel’s cleanliness, service, and overall quality exceeded expectations, with the staff going out of their way to make sure things were right. He especially wanted me to pass along his thanks for their warm, friendly, and professional manner. It was a very positive stay, and he highly recommends the hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
