The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a particularly nice shower and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, room service was good, and it was handy having a supermarket downstairs. The gym and other facilities were well kept and pleasant to use. The location didn't feel very comfortable for walking around, especially at night. Noise was a major problem, both from outside and inside the hotel, so leaving the windows open wasn't really an option. Other guests and early morning cleaning also caused quite a bit of loud disruption. For the spa, you need a shower cap, so plan ahead or be ready to buy one downstairs.

The room was functional, but due for an upgrade. The sheets felt bitty and needed replacing, and the window nets were very creased. This seems to be a hotel used mostly by tour groups, and breakfast was just okay. The restaurant was extremely loud because of the large groups, though that's not the hotel's fault. Check-in also felt transactional, without a warm welcome. The hotel is some distance from the main tourist sights, but that wasn't an issue since we were in Istanbul for business. There is a Migros supermarket opposite, though a hotel notice says outside food can't be brought into the building. It was still useful for snacks and water while out. A couple of restaurants are nearby. We tried one for a late lunch after arriving, and it had great service and reasonably priced food.

The suite was lovely, spacious and comfortable, and any small issues we ran into were sorted quickly. We had a peaceful stay with great service, especially from Nilay, who really made a difference. Before we arrived, she kept in touch and answered my questions, which made things easier. There was an electrical problem when we got there, so our suite wasn't ready. They put us in a smaller room for the night, and Nilay apologized a lot. The next morning she found us at breakfast and said the suite would be ready soon. It was ready about an hour after we got back, and staff helped us move with no hassle. The location is the one drawback. It's more secluded than it looks when booking, and the nearest metro is about a 15-minute walk through residential streets, which wasn't ideal with kids. Having an MM Migros right across the road was helpful for essentials. My son loved the indoor heated pool. We couldn't book massages because they were fully booked during our stay. I'd recommend the hotel, with some caution about the location.

We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, well-maintained hotel. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Nilay deserves a special mention for being attentive and caring, and always listening to what we needed. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
