The pool was lovely, and the hotel stayed quiet even though it was so close to the main strip, which we really liked. We ended up extending our holiday by four days and stayed here with my boyfriend. The staff were friendly and attentive, our room was clean and tidy, and the cleaners came daily. I cleaned it myself, but they still left extra water and toilet roll. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced, and I made lots of feline friends who greeted me each morning. We had a great stay and would definitely come back to Marmaris and stay here again. Thank you 🥰

The room was quite large, but very dirty, especially the toilet and shower. The water pressure was weak and there was hardly any warm water. Staff were unfriendly, except for the polite night manager. The receptionist seemed unhappy in her job, rarely smiled, and was moody. There’s no lift, and guests are expected to keep quiet after 8 pm. They complained when my baby cried at night. I even wondered if the place was haunted because the lights used to switch off by themselves. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Avoid it unless saving money is your main concern.

The food at the hotel was good, and the staff were very, very friendly. It’s almost right in the center, so it’s handy if you’d rather not take a taxi. The rooms are nice, though the cleaning could be a bit better. For what you pay, though, there’s not much to complain about. 😁

The breakfast was awful, probably the worst I’ve seen, and the Wi-Fi was so bad I had to get an eSIM to use data. Staff were very rude and swore at my guests. When I brought guests to the hotel, they wouldn’t even let them sit in the lobby, let alone by the pool.

The location is the one real plus. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach and places to eat like McDonald’s, Burger King, Popeyes and KFC. The rooms are a good size, but the hygiene and service need a lot of work. Cleaning only happened every three days, while I’m used to daily room cleaning. There were suspicious marks on the beds and sofas, and the green marks around the toilet flush and shower looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Kitchen equipment was provided, but oddly, cooking in the room wasn’t allowed. The pool also didn’t seem to get cleaned in the mornings, and other guests seemed to notice because they weren’t using it. Breakfast was terrible. The choices were poor, and the eggs were cold with broken yolks when I opened the tray. There were chips and a little pastry, but not much else. Bread was about the best option, though a toaster would have helped. More choices, maybe omelettes and pancakes, would make breakfast worth getting up for. The ladies at reception were grumpy, unwelcoming and gave terrible service. The night reception guys were cheerful and said hello, so the ladies could use some training. The fourth floor felt creepy at night. A girl seemed to scream and run along the corridor, but when I opened my door no one was there. It happened again about 15 minutes after I shut it, and this was every night after around 2 am, so be careful if you stay on that floor. We were a group of nine, and it felt like Asians weren’t welcome, or like staff assumed we were to blame when there was noise late at night, even when we were asleep. Our white English neighbors also said they felt strange about it. It seemed like Turkish guests were preferred. Apart from the location, that’s all I liked. With better customer service, hygiene and breakfast, this place could be top.
