Hakmar nearby is excellent. It’s a large branch with plenty of products, and I especially like that they sell freshly ground coffee. In the other stores I’ve seen, there isn’t a similar service within at least 5 kilometers. When they grind it, the whole shop fills with a lovely coffee smell. The tower itself stands out for its architecture. Its painted facade and many arches make it different from other towers. The upper floors have a great Sea of ​​Marmara view. Because of the municipality’s urban transformation plan and the ban on construction, there are no other tall towers nearby, so this building feels quite lonely.

The location is good, though the apartment is small, especially the kitchen.

The view is the best, though the prices are a bit too high for me.
