It’s a great hotel overall, with just one staff member who wasn’t very helpful. The hilltop location is close to Fatih, but the walk down to Yousefpasa and back up is quite a climb if you’re not used to hills. Breakfast is pricey, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat in the morning. Booking through Expedia online, especially with a flight bundle, should be the cheapest option. I’d recommend it.

We chose this hotel because it was close to wedding dress shops, but the service was extremely disappointing. After a long flight, we discovered the elevator wasn’t working that week, and nobody had warned us. The receptionist just told us to cancel, as if finding somewhere else with luggage after traveling were easy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you have luggage or expect basic customer service.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. They looked better than the reviews suggested, and the place seemed cleaner than some much higher rated hotels. Maybe we got lucky, or maybe they’ve been trying to address the reviews. The hotel is very central, so it works if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower before spending the day out. Still, keep your things locked in the room safe or take your backpack with you. We skipped room cleaning after reading reports of things going missing. The staff were dismissive and unfriendly, and at check-in we felt like they wanted us out. We even asked about paying for their Spa package, but they brushed us off. We didn’t trust them with our passport details. They left copies of our passports on the desk after check-in, which still makes me uncomfortable.

My visa was delayed a few days before my trip, even though I’d booked a room for nine nights. I asked if they could refund me or keep the reservation for another time, but they refused. It left me feeling they only care about one-time guests, not building long-term relationships. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
