Mr. Ahmed, the manager, went out of his way to help us and made us feel welcome during our first visit to Istanbul. The breakfast was decent and got our day started, and the clean, comfortable rooms were perfectly fine for our needs, if nothing fancy. The location was excellent, with a currency exchange nearby, plenty of shops within walking distance, and easy public transport access. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to first-time visitors.

The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the team were welcoming. It was a quiet hotel, though breakfast was very basic and stayed the same.

Hello. I was charged by your hotel through Booking.com today, and I believe the charge was made illegally. I didn’t book anything and I’m in another country. Please look into what happened.

Ahmed, the manager, was cooperative and pleasant to talk with, and the hotel staff had a great attitude. The customer service was excellent, and it’s very close to all the services you might need. For travelers visiting Istanbul, I’d highly recommend giving this hotel a try. It’s the best hotel in the Fatih area.

The Wi-Fi was good, and Mrs ahmed was warm and welcoming. Our eight-day stay was decent, with us mostly out during the day and back to the room to sleep. The room was small, and the thin walls meant we could hear noisy neighbors. Cleaning amounted to making the beds. Breakfast was simple, and the coffee was drinkable but not good. They would yell at you if you took food with you.
