The rooms and toilets were dirty, and housekeeping needs to do a better job. The hotel felt safe, the reception staff were very good, and breakfast was good. There are also plenty of local breakfast places nearby if you don't like what's served at the hotel. It's well located near Osmanbay metro and about a 10-minute walk from Istanbul congress center.

The staff made me feel at home, especially Selim, Adem, Yavuz, Emir, Can, and Nigar. They were friendly, helpful, and gave me amazing service and hospitality. The hotel itself is really good, with luxurious, very clean rooms and an open buffet breakfast that's more than enough. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul and an easy walk from Nisantaşı and Taksim. All the best, and see you again soon.

The location made things easy, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Our room was roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always offering drinks and checking that I was comfortable. I’d happily recommend it.

The staff made our two weeks here, starting December 24, 2024, feel special. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, housekeeping did a great job, and the room was very clean. We also loved the comfortable bed. I’m especially grateful to Seyfettin. My girlfriend’s dog died on the plane, and he helped us find a way to bury him with dignity. He went far beyond what we expected and was truly wonderful. The front desk guys were kind and helpful whenever we needed them, too. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Istanbul. Amazing staff!
