Heraldic Room Hotel

It's close to the metro and good value for the money. The room was decent and clean, and ours had a window, so we didn't have the ventilation issue some people mentioned. Room 53's shower was a real letdown. The floor paint was peeling, the shower door was missing, and it was hard to shower that way. The drains also smelled bad, including the sink drain in the lounge/bedroom, which made it difficult to sleep.

All the staff were amazing, and we enjoyed the whole stay. We were here for almost a week. It's a beautiful hotel, and I'd love to come back.

It's an easy place to get around from, right by the freeway and metro bus, and about a five-minute walk from the big Marmara Park mall. I recommend it 👌 My room was large and very clean. The reception team and hotel staff were friendly and nice. It's a three-star hotel, though the rooms look more like what you'd expect from a four-star one.

The room was freezing. The window and central AC both need maintenance, the bedding had miserable stains, and the WiFi was bad. Nobody came to clean the room during the five days I was there. The staff weren't helpful, and acted like they couldn't speak English or Arabic, even though this is a hotel with tourists. I wouldn't recommend it at all 👎 I don't know why I can't reply to my review, but please stop lying. I came from 31/1/2023 till 2/4/2023. Shame on you, my dear, to lie.. Ascia 7/4/2023
