Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

The food was excellent, and Emine and Salin made our meal especially memorable with their attentive, professional service. They were friendly, always smiling, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We had a wonderful time at the hotel restaurant and would happily recommend it and visit again.

The hotel has a striking design, a few restaurants and a lounge, and breakfast with lots of food and drink choices. The whole team, from reception and housekeeping to the porters and guest manager, looked after us throughout our stay. Thanks for the lovely birthday gift in the room, it was a nice surprise. The breakfast team could pay closer attention to detail, and I expected more gluten-free and brown bread options for a five-star hotel to meet dietary needs. The indoor pool was still closed after renovation, and it was too early in the season to enjoy the outdoor pool.

The Arlo restaurant downstairs had excellent service and really tasty food. The executive lounge was a lovely place for breakfast, coffee breaks, or a drink and toast at happy hour. The room service was great, too. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with an incredible Bosphorus view. The hotel is very nice and ideally placed if you're attending a conference at the nearby center. Everyone at Hilton gave me a consistently high level of hospitality. Thanks to the whole team.

What stood out most was how courteous and professional the staff were. Ms. Aleyna was very kind, and Ms. Fatma looked after my room each day and kindly arranged an orthopedic pillow for me. The food was outstanding, and everything was convenient, from room service and laundry to the convention centre just a few steps away. My room was beautiful, cozy, and spacious, with a coffee machine, minibar, and excellent amenities. A very pleasant stay at the Hilton Bosphorus. Thank you again.
