I've stayed here with my family every year for the past six years, and I've also sent friends and relatives from different countries. We always have a wonderful time and keep coming back. The location is great, about two minutes from the square, and the rooms are very clean. There's 24-hour staff service, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Burhan has been especially helpful with reservations, check-in, and anything else we've needed. The breakfast is very good too. My family and friends appreciate everything here. When people tell me they're going to Istanbul, I recommend this hotel and Burhan. Thank you all, and God bless you.

The rooms were small, and ours had three beds. I really needed hot water, but there was no kettle. The mini fridge and sockets switched off when we removed the card, and the sheets made my skin itch. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the entrance always smelled good. Breakfast was simple and tasty, though it got cold after a while.

My flight was cancelled because of the war in the Middle East, so I contacted the hotel to ask to move the dates until things settled down. They agreed then, but when I got back in touch to confirm new dates, they refused and blocked me. That felt deceitful and completely unprofessional. The way they treated me before I'd even arrived says a lot. Stay far away.

I'd booked a room for my partner and me, but the war in the Middle East cancelled my flight. I asked to move the dates until the situation improved, and they agreed. When I later contacted them to settle on new dates, they refused and blocked me. They're unprofessional liars. If they behave like this before you've stayed, imagine what staying there would be like. Avoid this hotel. Liars.

Because of the war in our country, I asked to reschedule my booking. The hotel initially acknowledged the request and seemed to agree, but later marked it as a no-show without clearly explaining why and refused to help. They were rude, showed no consistency or empathy, and blocked me on WhatsApp instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally. It felt deeply unfair and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend them if this is how they treat guests.
