The Health Club was a real highlight. We enjoyed the sauna, pool, and hammam, and Onur’s service was outstanding. He speaks several languages, which made things much easier. Leyla did a wonderful job with room service, too. She was friendly and always smiling, and somehow lifted our mood even though we don’t speak her language. At the buffet, I’d have liked more soups, side dishes, and seafood. Tulay and Azamser deserve special thanks for being attentive and providing excellent service. The front desk service was very good as well, with Begench and Tolga especially helpful with international guests. The steam room itself was great, but the steam from the pipe smelled unpleasant, which was frustrating. We’ve had a really pleasant stay and plan to return in August or September. I hope to see some improvements by then.

The bathroom sewage smell was the worst part for me. I noticed it in almost every restroom I went into. It was also disappointing to find people smoking in rooms on non-smoking floors. On the positive side, service is good and the rooms are fairly clean. The housekeeping team, especially on the ninth floor, were kind and attentive and worked hard to keep things clean. I particularly liked the sauna and pool service. Onur was polite, friendly, attentive, and always tried to help guests feel comfortable. We were very happy with him. Breakfast was okay and enough to keep you from going hungry, but it was simple and could be better.

The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a real smile. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served, and the hotel was clean. We were treated with warmth and respect, which made the stay memorable. The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is stunning, with details that seem thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, elegance, and genuine hospitality. Thanks to the whole team for a lovely visit. We’ll definitely come back.

I spent three nights here while visiting a friend in Istanbul and thought it was great value. I didn’t spend much time at the property or really eat or drink there, but my room was lovely and spacious. The gym was quiet, well equipped, and a pleasure to use each morning. Everyone was friendly, especially Sakir at reception. Thanks for the complimentary warm, soft cookies and those delicious frothy cappuccinos! I highly recommend staying here.
