I paid in full for nine nights, but left halfway through and booked somewhere else. It was worth losing the money to salvage my vacation. I still can't understand how this is called a five-star hotel. Housekeeping barely did more than a surface clean, there was visible dust in many places, and used cups were never cleaned or replaced. The staff were regularly unfriendly and unwelcoming, often seeming annoyed when guests asked for anything. The hotel also felt understaffed much of the time. Its restaurant shuts at 10 PM, with no late-night menu or room service. Most disappointing was the attitude some employees showed guests. What should've been a relaxing trip became frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Mr. Anil came across as professional and reliable. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly, helpful and thorough, and clearly took care with their work. The service overall was well organized. Reception was a different experience. The staff seemed cold and distant, and I didn't feel especially welcome. A warmer, more open approach to guests would have been appreciated.

Nisantasi is a great neighborhood, and the metro is just a one-minute walk away. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Anil. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The twin bed was very narrow, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, it's a great hotel in a good area with public transport close by. I'd recommend it for a quiet stay or for shopping for wedding gowns, since it's in the middle of the wedding stores.

The location is very central. I stayed here with my bestie while we were in Istanbul for the Special (rhinoplasty, venners lol), and the staff were so kind to me. They noticed I was struggling and helped with my bags, and they always made me feel welcome. They even prepared a special meal for me while they were observing ramadan.
