The room was spacious, clean and organized, and it felt like home. The hotel may not meet Dubai standards and I'd call it four-star, but the people were extremely friendly. Nazli at reception was especially helpful and kind, and Masoud was great too. There was also a handyman available 24/7, a really nice guy who took care of everything. Breakfast was fresh and perfect every time. It's only a five-minute walk to the luxurious Nisantasi shopping area. I've had bad experiences at highly rated places before, and although this hotel doesn't have many reviews, I thought it was a great choice. I'd definitely return. Prost 🍻 from Germany.

It's beautiful 😍 When we arrived, we met an African person at the desk, which felt special ❤️ It was very cold outside, but our room was cozy and warm. The location suits us well, close to the places and things we're interested in. We'll be spending some weeks here 🤩 They offer a breakfast buffet 😋🤣 Bye for now.

The facilities were fantastic. The pool area was pristine and made it easy to stay active, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good range of flavorful, beautifully presented dishes. I was impressed by the service throughout my stay. Every staff member I met was friendly, approachable and keen to help, whether with directions, dining recommendations or arranging transport. It was clear they wanted guests to have a memorable experience.

The terrace was incredibly beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. We stayed with our family for nine nights and were very satisfied. The staff always greeted us with a smile and helped with questions, the room was spacious and tidy, and the cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the price was good too. The sauna and service were great, and the location was very convenient. Everything looked like the pictures.
