The pool was clean and relaxing, and breakfast at the restaurant had plenty of fresh choices. I also loved the view from my window. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with a bed I slept really well in. Housekeeping kept it in great shape. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional. Check-in was quick, and everyone I dealt with was attentive and helpful. The hotel has an elegant feel but still feels comfortable. I had an excellent stay at Hilton Avcilar.

Yaren was the reason this visit felt so special. She was kind, respectful, and welcoming, and made us feel genuinely valued. We were surprised when she politely turned down a tip, which said a lot about her professionalism and integrity. The food was fresh and tasty, and the desserts were excellent too. Thanks to Yaren for such a great experience.

The hotel isn't ideally placed for visiting the old city, but I had a very good stay. The whole team stood out: the reception staff, the room cleaners, and the restaurant crew were all friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The manager should be proud of them. Thanks so much for having me!

Only one of the five elevators was working, so we waited over 20 minutes. If you have to book here, call ahead. Made-to-order eggs weren't available as advertised. The cooking crew had hidden the sign, and I only got eggs after I managed to reach a waiter. It seemed someone didn't want to do the work.

I had a good stay here. My room was very spacious, and I was lucky enough to get the 25th floor, with a great view. The staff were kind and humble, and the complimentary breakfast was very good too. There’s a market nearby for local food or a stroll. It’s about 30 minutes from Istanbul, but the place has a vibe of its own.
