The view over the Bosphorus and Sea of Marmara was stunning, and we're already planning another Istanbul trip, with this hotel as our choice again. The staff were polite, welcoming, and professional, and gave us practical tips that made the stay smooth. They even helped arrange a cruise and a SIM card beforehand. Service was top-notch from the start, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Malik’s team were fantastic and happy to help with anything, including arranging reliable transport. The hotel is just minutes from the blue mosque and Hammams, and it's very clean. We loved the rooftop, with its view and comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We'll recommend it and stay again when we're back.

The staff were the highlight, always smiling, kind, and ready to help. Their hospitality made the visit even better. This small hotel is in a quiet area close to the main attractions. Our clean, comfortable room had large windows and lots of natural light. Breakfast was enough to set us up for the day. Four stars, as there's always room to improve. We'll visit again.

Customer service was superb, especially Yasin, Yunus and Malik. We spent four lovely nights here and will recommend it and return. The area was quiet and very clean, and all the important places were at most a 10-minute walk away. They cleaned the room and changed the linens every day. Breakfast was really filling.
