❌ Worst stay I’ve ever had. In the middle of the night, someone opened my room door and shouted at me for no reason. It was their own mistake, but nobody apologized or took responsibility. Qusai in particular was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The place felt unsafe and chaotic, with the worst service I’ve experienced. ⚠ Stay far away!

The good things were the location, close to bus stops and the metro, and the busy tourist area. There are people on the streets 24/7, which is nice when you come home late. The reception boy who checked us in was friendly, and the terrace on the top floor is really nice. But the rooms were very small and not as clean as I’d like. The sheets and towels were stained and didn’t smell fresh, the air conditioner leaked onto the bed, and most of the cabinets were kind of broken. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the cleanliness.

The room had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable, and it was clean. The hosts were excellent. Taxim Center is nearby with plenty to offer guests. I’ll definitely stay here again!
