For three nights, music from the rooftop bar kept us awake. Each time we called reception, they said it would stop at midnight, but it never did. It felt like the DJ was playing right in our room. Don’t waste your time or money here. You won’t get the usual good service you expect in Türkiye.

My room was on the 5th floor, and noise from the kitchen on the same level plus the bar, restaurant, and club above drowned out any possible positives. Don’t book here unless you’re part of the party upstairs.

The room was pretty, clean, and chic, which is hard to find at this price. I had a really good stay and would definitely come back. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful too.

The pictures can speak for the room. It was awful trying to communicate at check-in, and the staff were no help at all.

The restaurant upstairs was so noisy we couldn’t rest. On top of that, the bathroom door was broken, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, and even staff were smoking there. There was no lotion in the bathroom, and the refrigerator was faulty, with the freezer leaking constantly. The elevator malfunctioned twice and left us trapped inside, which was terrifying. Even the hotel phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call reception about any of it. I regret choosing this place. No, no. Absolutely not, never again.
