Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi

The hotel room had a gorgeous view, and the cleaners did a really thorough job. Staff worked hard and were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, and the rooms were very nice. I stayed for a week with my friend. It's on the expensive side, but worth it. This was the best hotel I've been to, with no faults, and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

The spa and food were both five-star, and our executive room was excellent. The hotel is also close to a mall with everything you could need. My family has stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, including plenty of Hiltons, and Hilton kozyatagi lived up to that standard. All the staff were attentive and welcoming and made us feel at home. They showed so much love and kindness to my boys, who are 6 and 1. A special mention to Hikmet burak, the bartender, who both boys took a liking to and who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every staff member deserves a mention, there were just too many names to remember. If I return to Istanbul, I'll be back. Thank you all.

There was some noise from the main road below, but for me it worked like white noise and helped me sleep better. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had a lovely view. The staff were the highlight: professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful from check-in through departure. That made a real difference while travelling for a medical procedure. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with lots of choices and reliably good quality. I also ordered room service. It was very reasonably priced, and the food was delicious, better than I'd expected from hotel room service. I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Kozyatağı and would highly recommend it for the comfortable rooms, quality food, and helpful team.

I cut my stay short after five days were booked because the poor service and uncomfortable room conditions became too much. The air conditioning stopped working properly, and even after I told the staff several times, nobody fixed it or offered a real solution. The staff came across as unprofessional, service was poor, and the cleanliness was well below what I expect from a hotel. I regret staying here and wouldn't recommend it.
