Bars nearby play loud music late, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. For me, that was a small trade-off for being right in the lively heart of Taksim, just steps from Istiklal Street. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the stay better. After comparing what felt like thousands of hotels in the area, ChatGPT suggested this one, and I’m glad I listened. I didn’t regret it at all. Highly recommended!

The street out front can be a little noisy at night, and breakfast could be better. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was great, only a few steps from Istiklal and a five-minute walk to the metro. For what I paid, I could easily stay here again.

I woke up in the night intensely itchy, with red marks all over my body. A pharmacy told me the bites were most likely bed bugs. When I told the hotel and asked for a refund, they refused to help and were rude and dismissive, saying, “You can complain wherever you want.” The hygiene, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care were deeply disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were charming and very helpful around the clock. It’s a cozy, nice hotel in a central spot between Istiklal street, Taksim square, and Galata tower. I’d highly recommend it if you want to stay in central Istanbul.
