Hush Hostel Lounge

We rented a room for two nights and were shocked by how rude and unfriendly the reception staff were when we arrived. After midnight, guests are allowed to hang around by the front door, drinking and shouting into the street. We reported it to reception, but nothing changed. We tried calling the police, but they didn’t show up. I feel sorry for the neighbors. The hygiene in the shared areas isn’t great, either. I’d never recommend or stay at hush hostel again. A real disappointment.

We left the hostel because the way we were treated was unacceptable. When we tried to explain what was wrong, the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were meant to pay on arrival according to Booking, but they charged us unexpectedly and wouldn’t correct it. We’d arranged an early check-in, and instead of welcoming us, staff complained about providing it. Then they gave us a room still dirty from the previous guests, including the sheets and bathroom. A complete disaster from the start. It’s dishonest and unprofessional, and not worth the stress or money.

I love hush hostel. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms are nice. The staff and other travelers are super friendly. There’s great coffee, and I definitely recommend the delicious desserts. There are lots of indoor and outdoor common areas. The garden is a favorite, and they put on events every day, so there’s always something new.

Such a lively place, with kind and generous people. The staff speak lots of languages, so communication isn’t a problem. They’ll provide room service whenever you ask, and there’s a kitchen, laundry service, and activities planned throughout the week. It’s great for solo travelers, who can find company and won’t feel lonely. My favorite part was Soda, the sweetest, cutest companion. This dog has a place in my heart, and I’ll miss him forever.
