Ibis Istanbul Tuzla Hotel

Pegasus sent us here after our flight was canceled. The food was delicious, and the room was very, very clean. For cleanliness, I’d give the hotel 10/10. I’ve stayed at a 5 star hotel in egypt, and this Turkish hotel was better even though it has only 3 stars. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke perfect English. The food room staff were polite and quick too.

We only stayed one night because our flight to France was delayed. Everyone was willing to help when we needed something. Our first room was very cold, so a really nice guy helped move us to another one, which was very hot. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant. Pinar, who was working there that evening, was welcoming and kind to us. Thanks to everyone for making it feel like home.

This was my fourth stay, and the experience is still consistently excellent. The rooms are clean, the food is great, and breakfast has plenty to choose from. The dinner buffet is enough and very tasty. It’s a well-organized business hotel with a very professional front desk team. Thanks to everyone.

Breakfast was a highlight for us: varied, well served, and with choices beyond Turkish food. I especially liked the toasting machine. The location made getting around easy, and staff brought us foot towels right away when we asked. The hotel has a cozy feel, with a biscuit-like scent as you walk in that made a memorable first impression. Its layout is inviting and easy to follow, with the bar to the right of reception, the dining hall to the left, and a handy self-service corner for snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay.
