I arrived and couldn't stay because the hotel didn't match what was shown on booking. I'd paid for four nights and got nothing reimbursed. The owner was terrible, and the location was very bad, with construction stores behind the hotel and only two small restaurants around. The hotel itself is old, as are the photos. The reviews on booking are old too, so don't rely on them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The shower head in our room broke, and the air conditioning, when it worked, sounded like a subwoofer. When it rained outside, our room started flooding. The rooms were terrible, really bad. You definitely won't get the room you booked. They'll put you in the smallest one and then charge you more. Try to cancel and go elsewhere, and it's too late: they've already run your card without authorization, won't give anything back, and want more. Staff don't care about you or anything once they have your money, and you're on your own. If you want the worst hotel experience ever, go there.

We were quoted one price, then they changed it when we were about to pay. We had to call the police, and only then did they lower the price. The people there felt like a mafia to us, and the service was super bad. It was the dirtiest place I've ever slept. The mattress and sheets were dirty and stained with blood. I'll leave the bathroom to your imagination. THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO!

We spent a week in Istanbul and had unfortunately booked this place through a travel website. On arrival, they gave us an extremely small room for two, with no space for luggage or suitcases. We had to put them on top of the wardrobes. We got room service only twice in the week. I complained every day because we had no fresh towels or sheets. Reception staff couldn't speak English, only Turkish and Russian. The manager told us that because we paid less, we shouldn't expect daily room service. Is that what you call a manager and a four-star hotel? They also offered an airport transfer for around 200 USD, which is a rip-off for tourists. A regular taxi took us to the airport for 50 Turkish Lira. At that time, 1 EUR was around 4.80 Turkish Lira. If you want a relaxed time in Istanbul, book another hotel with better standards. I don't recommend this one.

The staff's behavior and the cleanliness were both very poor, and the price was extremely high. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You can't even stay for a day.
