Dream Inn Karakoy Bosphorus Hotel

We had a great time, and the area itself is wonderful, with loads of food and drink options. Everything is close by, and the hotel was clean, with helpful staff, especially Çinar Bey, who was very cooperative. The rooms are small but manageable. I was lucky there was space to move from the first floor, where there was a bad smell, to the second. I wouldn’t pay for a partial sea view: get a full sea view or skip it, since the government’s floating cafe and library on a big boat blocks the view in front. Bars under the hotel play music until 12 AM, so it’s not a good fit if you go to bed early.

Mr. Omar, the Reservations Manager, was polite, respectful, and professional throughout. He made booking easy, helped me choose the right room, and offered very competitive prices for the area. The hotel is clean, with excellent rates for somewhere so close to the sea. I strongly recommend booking through Mr. Omar for his professionalism, high ethics, and outstanding customer service. Try the hotel for yourself rather than letting negative comments confuse you, since the real experience is much better.

Mehmet at reception was especially helpful during our stay, and the whole team was friendly and professional. Dream Inn Bosphorus has clean, comfortable rooms and a great location, with everything well taken care of. I’d recommend it and will come back next time I’m in Istanbul.
